Below is our wonderful dessert…

Below is a snap shot from tonight's dessert … but it's not any
ordinary dessert. For the past 3 years the pineapple creme brulee won the best desert on the islands. Yummy!!Earlier today I went snorkeling and saw many fish, some friendly sea turtles, a huge pack of dolphins, and some of Nemo’s other friends down under the sea.I jumped off black rock (salt creek beats this wimpy jump for sure) The day before we hiked through the bamboo forest fighting the pesty mosquitoes and had to cross the strong current of the
lower falls to get to the glory of the twin falls. The other time has
been spent soaking sun rays by the pool and relaxing on the sand.
