It has been over two years as of January 26th, 2006 that i have been on staff at Ocean Hills Community Church. The saying time does fly is so true, as you get older the years seem to fly by even faster as if you are going though life in “light speed”! I started working at the church just as a volunteer doing cameras, directing the live web cast, and putting the words up to worship songs. After a couple years of doing that we got a new lighting system and i felt called to get the lighting going since we had spankin’ new lighting board and lights and no one to run them. It was the same time that I started driving and needed to get a job to pay for my own gas and other necessities (The 3 C’s… Coffee, Concerts, Clothes…).

I went to a Starbucks job fair and started to look for a job and in that same week i was offered a job to come on and be the lighting director for all services at Ocean Hills (at that time was Sunday Morning, Wednesday and Saturday Night) and to take on a new job that i was not apart of as a volunteer of stage setup. I can’t believe that it has been over 2 years and now I have moved onto doing so much then I have even anticipated to do with video editing, graphics, web site, and so much more. I have learned a lot in these past two years both in audio/video world and in the Lord.
